Coriander, Red chilli powder, Black pepper, Cinnamon, Clove, Salt, Fennel, Mint leaf, Fenugreek, Star anise, Mustard, Dry ginger and Bengal gram.
Method of Preparation:
1.6 Kg meat, grind 2 onions to fine paste. Mix with 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. Add salt and 4 tsp strained curd. Marinate clean and cut meat pieces with the mixture. Keep for 1 hr. Heat 4 tbsp oil, Fry till crisp 2 sliced onions. Add marinated meat, 50g Aachi meat masala. Stir for 5 mins. Add 2 cups water and required amount of salt. Pressure cook for 10 mins. Now tasty hot Aachi meat masala is ready to serve.
