The infinity display
Fronting the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is a 6.3-inch infinity display with Quad HD resolution, wrapping around both sides of the smartphone. It’s really tall, just like the S8’s, making for a bigger and better viewing experience.
Awe-inspiring build
The slim profile of the Note 8 is just another one of its attractive features. It measures 8.6mm, leaving just enough room for the S Pen to slot in the bottom. And there’s also no more home button under the display, now on the side of the handset.
CAMERA
Doubling up on the lens
The Note 8’s dual lens 12MP camera guarantees great photos. It comes built with OIS for smooth video, and 2x optical zoom - so you can get closer without losing any quality in your shots.
4K video recording
When a still photograph isn’t enough, and you want to capture every last detail, turn your attention to the Note 8’s 4K filming capabilities. And seeing as the resolution is so high, you can watch it back on a much bigger screen with out losing any quality.
WIRELESS CHARGING
A massive 3,300mAh battery will keep the Samsung powered up all day, and because convenience is more important than ever, wireless charging is built in. So when you need to top up on power, simply place the Note 8 in its dock – no wires required (sold separately).
RAM POWER
A smartphone this size needs a lot of power behind it. With whopping 6GB RAM you’ll never have to worry about slowing down, no matter how many apps you’re running at once.
There’s also 64GB of internal storage for all your favourite photos, songs and videos, but if that’s not enough you can add a microSD card of up to 256GB.
WATER AND DUST RESISTANT
Just like the Galaxy S8 and S8+, the Note 8 is built to withstand fresh water and dust. Certified as IP68, the Note will be safe in 1.5m of water for up to 30 minutes.
IRIS SCANNER
An iris scanner is built onto the front of the Note 8, letting you unlock to the phone with the unique pattern of your eyes. It’s even more secure than the traditional fingerprint reader, but if you prefer the ‘touch to unlock’ function, there’s a fingerprint sensor around the back next to the camera.
NEW S PEN STYLUS
Samsung’s new and improved S Pen is now smarter than ever. A re-engineered, finer tip gives you a more natural writing experience, and boasts over 4,000 levels of pressure sensitivity.
SAMSUNG DeX STATION
