It is easy to update your GETIT.QA account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'. 'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on GETIT.QA such as Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, Change your password, Track the status of your orders
You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail, you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. 170001), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered. You will also be notified when the seller ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).
Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale.
A product could be listed under different prices. There could be sellers offering you the same product but at a different price. That is the nature of the GETIT.QA marketplace, where different sellers compete for your order.
You can shop on GETIT.QA by providing just your email ID. While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own GETIT.QA account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including recommendations, quicker checkout and a Wishlist. You will also be able to rate/review products and sellers.
Giftwrap option is only available for items listed by select sellers. Giftwrap is chargeable @QAR:5/- per order. Cash-on-Delivery orders cannot be gift wrapped. Larger items such as televisions & refrigerators cannot be gift wrapped. If required gift wrapping, kindly mark the same during the check-out process where the option available for ‘mark notes’, if any
We have multiple options for the payment collection as follows through our logistic partner: Cash/Card on Delivery, E-Gift Voucher – Regular purchase whereas the shipping and billing addresses are same. Advance Cash/Card payment collection and Transfer/Deposit to our bank account - This method will be used when the shipping and billing addresses are different (gift items purchased) or for custom made product. Service listing under RFQ module, seller will directly collect the payment from customer as per their agreement with you
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on GETIT.QA. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. Delivery charges may be extra depending on the seller policy, if stated.
Cash/Card Payment on Delivery (C-o-D) method, you can pay in cash/card at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used during the time of delivery of C-o-D orders Note: E-Gift Vouchers or store credit available, should be redeemed during the check-out process on website.
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Cash/Card on Delivery". Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation. You will be required to make a cash/card-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of your order to complete the payment. Terms & Conditions: Cash/card-only the payment mode at the time of delivery (Shipping and billing addresses should be the same) Cash/card-only the payment mode is not possible when the shipping and billing addresses are different (gift items purchased) or for custom made product.
You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section. In the My Account page, click on the 'Order History' link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the 'Order Number' link.
Payment Pending: Your order has been processed/out for delivery and we are waiting for confirm the delivery and payment collection. Paid: Your order has been delivered and payment has been received or advance payment received against your custom-made/gift order Refunded: Your order has been cancelled and the payment been refunded to you Fulfilled: Your order has been shipped by the seller and is on its way to the location specified by you for delivery. Partial: Your order has been partially shipped by the seller and is on its way to the location specified by you for delivery. The remaining products is not yet shipped by the seller (Sometimes, if the products ordered by you from different sellers, it will be delivered separately) Unfulfilled: Your order is not yet shipped by the seller.
You can Easily Cancel your order any time before processing the delivery, except the Goods which are made and prepared as per your specification or which have been personalized or exclusively custom-made item. In this regard, just raise a cancellation request as a reply to the order confirmation mail. Following are the five rules for order cancellation: Cash on Delivery Orders can be cancelled at any time before processing shipment (Normally within 1 hour, all confirmed orders will be forwarded to sellers for processing the shipment). Paid Orders can be cancelled before processing shipment, full amount will be refunded to customer account (Normally within 1 hour, all confirmed orders will be forwarded to sellers for processing the shipment). Order cancel request raised after the above stipulated time (shipment processed and out for delivery), order will be cancelled and we will charge the reasonable packing/shipping charges. After order confirmation, if the item has to be changed in color and size it can be done within 1 hour (before the order processed) by replying to our order confirmation mail (change will be depending upon the availability). For customized products, the option of cancellation is not applicable upon receipt of your advance payment. Note: You will receive a cancellation confirmation mail from GETIT.QA, which should be used for your future enquiries regarding the cancellation.
Delivery charge varies with each Seller. Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off by some Sellers/GETIT.QA, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value. Anyhow, at checkout page, you will be notified, if any shipping charges.
No. There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on GETIT.QA. List prices are final and all-inclusive, unless stated on checkout page. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged extra, if applicable.
Sellers generally ship the items within the time specified on the product page (generally within three business days). Business days exclude public holidays and Fridays. Estimated delivery time is dependent on the following factors, the seller offering the product, product's availability with the Seller and the destination to which you want the order shipped to and geographical location of the Seller.
You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times from sellers of the product you have purchased. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between your order date and the estimated delivery date based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some Logistic partners and Sellers do not work on Friday and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on: Legal restrictions, if any, on shipping particular products to your location In the event Buyer's order is not serviceable (such as inside industrial plants, military base, oil rigs, access permit required area, etc.) by logistic service providers
Returns are easy! Prior to Contact us to initiate a return, please go through TRUST DEAL Policy to verify the item is returnable or not. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return request. Wherever possible Logistics Partner will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case the pick-up cannot be arranged through our Logistics Partner, we will coordinate with you for available options.
As of now, GETIT.QA doesn't deliver items internationally. But we are in the process of adding more Countries.
All deliveries are scheduled through our Preferred Logistics Provider. You will be informed by email, when the seller fulfills your order and will also be provided a tracking number, if necessary.
Products sold through GETIT.QA are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap. Fragile items like electronics are safely secured with bubble wrap. All our sellers also follow standard packing procedure. Sellers are rated on packaging quality and affects overall seller rating.
All items sold by sellers on GETIT.QA are delivered through preferred Logistics partners. You may be emailed with a Tracking ID for your order when the product was Shipped or you can track your order from the link available in our website home page footer link (click here)
By Return, we mean to return an item, except the Goods which are made and prepared as per your specification or which have been personalized or exclusively custom-made item and items not complied with table given in TRUST DEAL POLICY. By Replace, we mean replacing an item offered as an alternative to, and represented as being equivalent to, an originally specified item whichever you choose as per the availability of the product with us with the same brand and value. By Exchange, we mean if the replacement option is not available, we will recommend customer to choose any other item(s) available with us with same value or the customer can pay the difference amount, if any. By Refund, we mean if the replacement/exchange option is not available, we will refund to the customer to his/her bank account or will provide store credit as per customer choice. Your refund will be processed immediately and credited to your account within 5 to 7 working days from the date of approval. Please allow up to 14 working days before contacting us if you haven't received your refund. Depending on your bank/credit card company, it may take additional 2-5 business days after processing for the credited amount to show in your account. For credit card or debit card purchases, refunds will be credited to the original credit card or debit card account. If we are unable to process your refund due to an expired credit card of you, we will notify you by email and arrange for an alternative account to refund. For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases, refunds will be managed through GETIT.QA Customer Service Team.
All products sold on GETIT.QA are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you received is Damaged', Defective or Not as Described, our Returns policy has got you covered. Possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange or Refund in case we are unable to provide a Replacement/Exchange *All products listed under a particular category may not have the same return/replacement period. If you're facing any issues with a product purchased on GETIT.QA, we shall help by verifying and trying to resolve your product issue as part of the return verification process. The Issue resolution steps may be shared with you as self-help, or with assistance over call to GETIT.QA. The seller will arrange for a replacement if the issue has not been resolved.
In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address. During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions: 1. Correct Product IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible. 2. Complete Product All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, warranty cards, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present. 3. Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices. 4. Undamaged Product The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes. 5. Undamaged Packaging Product's original packaging/box should be undamaged. The field executive/logistic partner may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met. For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.
If you have received a product in a damaged or defective condition or if it is not as described, you can make use of GETIT.QA’S TRUST DEAL POLICY to get a brand new replacement at no extra cost! - Returns including all replacements/pickups are done free of cost. - In case of Refunds, the entire amount paid by you including shipping and gift wrapping charges are transferred to your account. - We strive to ease the pickup process for you in case of returns. In some of the cases we deliver the replacement while we do the pickup. - In a few other cases, we ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our logistics partner. - In the rare scenario where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt. - Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. In case a Replacement/exchange is not available, Seller will refund the amount for the same.

In case the seller declines a replacement request and you are unconvinced with the reason provided, you can write to us to at info@getit.qa. You can file a dispute within 24 hours from the date of delivery. GETIT.QA mediates buyer-seller disputes on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties as per TRUST Deal Policy

Yes. The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product in same condition as received (All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, warranty cards, etc.)
Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity

Normally, upon completion of an order, an automated mail will be sent as confirmation to your order. If in case not received an email, kindly contact our customer support department to re-confirm the same. Prior to call, please check your mail junk box.
