Fenugreek is a herb that's the same as clover, within the same family as soy. It's native to the Mediterranean region, southern Europe, and western Asia. The seeds are utilized in cooking, in medicine, and to cover the taste of other medicine. Fenugreek seeds smell and taste almost like syrup.
