Seller Return Resolution Policy

  • Applicable for suborder returns across fulfillment modes except FBG
Seller Return Resolution Matrix

As per Product Return policy, seller must raise disputes with respect to returned order(s) within 3 calendar days of ‘return update date’. For valid disputes, sellers will be compensated as per ‘Seller Return Resolution Matrix’ described below.

‘Return update date’ is the date on which GETIT.QA updates the ‘return delivered date’ by mail

Issue

Seller Compensation for Valid Disputes

  • Seller receives a product different from the product shipped
  • Seller receives an empty box in lieu of the product shipped
  • Product is lost by GETIT.QA or its logistics partners

Seller will be reimbursed up to 100% of net seller payable for valid disputes

  • Seller receives a damaged product

Special Categories*:

Seller will be reimbursed up to 70% of net seller payable or QAR: 5,000, whichever is lower for valid disputes

Rest of the Categories:

Seller will be reimbursed up to 70% of net seller payable or QAR 1,000, whichever is lower for valid disputes

For dispute issue outside these issue categories, compensation payout decision will be taken on case-to-case basis by GETIT.QA sole discretion.

Eligibility criteria for seller compensation

All disputes raised by seller should be supported with relevant proofs like product image, proof of delivery, video footage, etc. as and where applicable and requested by GETIT.QA. Additionally, GETIT.QA will review relevant information such as return comments posted by customer, findings of QC process etc. to ascertain the authenticity of disputes.

Our policies prohibit any seller action that would interfere with our ability to resolve issues of other sellers. Examples of such seller actions include, but are not limited to, submitting insufficiently researched or prematurely submitted requests, insufficient proofs or submitting high volumes of requests in a short time period or having a pattern of raising frivolous disputes.
