Bananas have so much more going thing for them than just a nutritious and delicious treat. Eating banana is good for digestion and helps to moderate the blood sugar level. Whiten Your Teeth- As we know that professional teeth cleaning is expensive and using the whitening products over the counter at home can make your teeth sensitive. So, to keep your teeth whiteness, brush your teeth normally and then rub with the inside of a banana peel on your teeth. As banana peel contains citric acid, salicylic acid, magnesium, manganese, and potassium then 2 minutes daily doing can remove the stains without wearing down your enamel.

Treat Dry Hair- Bananas can be used to treat the dry hair. To add moisture, just puree banana’s 2 ripe and one avocado. Apply that to hair and leave it for 20-30 minutes before rinsing.

Treat Dry Skin- to get the moisture, just mash up a ripe banana and spread the mash up on your skin. Before removing it with cool water let it sit for approx. 15-20 minutes.

Reduce Wrinkles- When the skin loses its firmness and elasticity, it result occurs as facial wrinkles. Bananas having vitamin C and antioxidants that can help to reduce the wrinkles appearance. Rub the banana peel over the skin and leave it for overnight or 30 minutes. Later wash your face and the moisture. Do the same at least 3 times in a week.

Reduce ACNE- As banana peels contains potassium, vitamin C, iron, zinc and manganese. These nutrients are helpful to reduce the acne outbreaks and keep calm the inflamed skin. You just need to rub the banana peel over your skin and let it sit for 5-10 minutes then rinse your skin. Do the same twice in a day.

Treats Oily Skin- to control or treat the oily skin, spread the mash up of a ripe banana with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice then leave it for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing.

Good for Eyes- Apply a small pureed banana under eyes and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing. It will help you to reduce the puffiness.

Cracked Heels- Apply pureed banana on feet to soften them. Before rinsing allow it to dry.

Bug Bites & Cut- Rub the banana peels inside to soothe the bug bites. Also to heal the cut the same can be applied.
